Biscoff Tray Bake and Cake in a Mug Recipes

If you’re looking for a smaller size we also have a variation for a single-serve cake in a mug.

Biscoff Tray Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 dark chocolate mud cake (mix prepared as per directions)

  • 10 teaspoons of Biscoff spread

  • 10 Biscoff biscuits

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees

  2. Prepare mud cake mix as per directions.

  3. Crush Biscoff biscuits and sprinkle into the tray, approx 30cm X 20cm.

  4. Evenly place teaspoons of Biscoff spread in the bottom of the tray.

  5. Pour mud cake mix over the top and bake for 60 mins. Serve warm with ice cream.

    You can add more biscuits and spread to suit your love of Biscoff.



Biscoff Cake in a Mug

Ingredients

  • 1 rich chocolate cake in a mug

  • 2 teaspoons of Biscoff spread

  • 2 Biscoff biscuits

Method

  1. Prepare cake in a mug as per directions.

  2. Add crushed Biscoff biscuits and Biscoff spread. Stir to combine.

  3. Microwave for 1 minute.

  4. Serve with ice cream a sprinkle of Biscoff biscuits and caramel sauce.
