Ingredients
Jelly packet of your choice of flavour. We used cherry-flavoured jelly.
Mud cake - your choice of flavour/s - we used chocolate and cherry. Cook according to instructions on the packet and then cut into layers
Cream - whipped
Method
Set the jelly in the bottom of the trifle bowl.
Once the jelly is set, alternate layers of chocolate mud cake and cherry cake with whipped cream.
Variations: add fruits or alcohol to suit your taste.
