Calling all pancake lovers! Craving fluffy, flavourful pancakes but short on time? Look no further! Today, we're transforming our delicious Cake Mixes into the star of your breakfast show. With a simple swap and a few quick whisks, you can whip up a batch of irresistible pancakes bursting with fruity goodness. Ready to ditch the boxed pancake mixes and embrace a flavour explosion? Let's get started!

Ingredients

  • Your choice of Cake Mix. This recipe uses the Cake Mix (690g range), not the mud cake mixes. Choose from Passionfruit, Raspberry, Blueberry or Cherry flavours.

  • 350ml water

  • 50g melted butter

Instructions

  1. Place the cake mix into a mixing bowl.

  2. Add 350ml water & 50g melted butter to the cake mix, add the flavour sachet and whisk.

  3. Cook just like pancake batter - adding around 1/2 cup of the mix to the frying pan (or whatever size you prefer your pancakes).

  4. Top with your favourite pancake toppings.
