Peanut Butter Cookies
Turn a mud cake mix into delicious peanut butter cookies!
Ingredients
1 x chocolate mud cake mix
140ml boiling water
85g peanut butter
Chocolate chips (optional)
Extra peanut butter to drizzle
Method
Melt 85g of peanut butter in the microwave until runny (approximately 20 seconds).
Add melted peanut butter and boiling water to your mud cake mix. Combine to create a dough.
Scoop out walnut-size pieces and add your chocolate chips to each one as you go. This makes sure no cookie misses out on its chocolatey goodness.
Slightly flatten the balls, warm a little extra peanut butter and drizzle over the top of your cookies.
Bake at 170 degrees for 10 mins.
