Caramel self-saucing pudding
Ingredients
125g butter
250ml boiling water
Sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
400ml boiling water
Method
Combine mud cake mix with melted butter & boiling water, give it a whisk to create a batter.
Pour into a foil tray or large baking dish.
For the sauce combine brown sugar and cornflour, sprinkle over your pudding.
Pour your 400ml of boiling water over your pudding. Pouring over the back of a spoon can be a gentle way to do this.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 mins.
Serve warm with cream or custard for the perfect winter indulgence.
