Marble mud cake

Ingredients

  • 1x white chocolate mud cake

  • 1x dark chocolate mud cake

Method

  1. Prepare a 10" round tin, lining with paper.

  2. Mix the two cakes in separate bowls as per packet directions.

  3. Take turns to alternatively pour a small amount of each flavour into the middle to create the marble effect.

  4. Bake for 1hr 20 mins.

  5. Allow to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours before removing from the tin.

This yummy cake was created for our school teachers’ morning teas which we send each Thursday.

The individually wrapped portions can also be frozen and pulled out when you need a last-minute morning tea or dessert. They actually taste even better after being frozen. Crazy but true.
