Passionfruit & Elderflower Cake
Ingredients
160ml Elderflower Cordial
320ml boiling water
125g melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Combine melted butter, boiling water & your elderflower cordial.
Add your passionfruit cake mix & whisk to combine.
Pour into a lined 8" tin & bake for 50 to 60 mins until a knife comes out clean.
Allow to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours before removing from tin.
Passionfruit & Elderflower Cake in a Cup
Ingredients
1 tbsp Elderflower Cordial
2 tbsp boiling water
2 tbsp melted butter
Directions
Combine melted butter, boiling water & elderflower cordial in your mug.
Stir well & microwave for one minute.
Serve with Greek yogurt for a delicious contrast of sweet & tart.
