Raspberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Craving a quick and easy treat? These Raspberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies are the perfect answer! Made with a Raspberry cake mix and packed with delicious flavour, these cookies are sure to be a hit with the whole family. Whether you enjoy them warm from the oven or chilled from the freezer, these cookies are a perfect indulgence any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 x Raspberry Cake Mix

  • 125g melted butter

  • 35 ml of water

  • 125g white chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Combine your cake mix, flavours sachet, melted butter and water. Mix to combine & work into a dough.

  3. Roughly chop 125g of white chocolate into chunks and add to your dough working it through or add to each cookie as you go.

  4. Roll your dough into balls & pop on a lined cookie tray. Then flatten your cookies & bake for 8 to 10 mins.

  5. Allow to cool slightly. Enjoy warm from the oven or allow it to cool fully. Store in an airtight container.

  6. Makes approx 25 Cookies.

  7. Tip - you can freeze your unbaked cookies ready for when you have an unexpected visitor or a sweet tooth craving. Bake for 12 mins from frozen.
